Looks like some serious tremors went through the local real estate blogoverse last night.  One shut down and another moved sites.

Popular blog VancouverCondo.info shut down overnight (just like VHB Vance) for reasons that have not been made very clear (something about the the REBGV having concerns and the site’s author “The Pope” becoming bored and UPDATE: wanting to move on to other things – just like VHB Vance).  It was one of the better blogs out there for tracking both the rise and current fall of the Greater Vancouver Real Estate market.  One of their more interesting features was a wiki that tracked what people said or did in the market.

I give a proud thank you to the Pope for the years of service and development of a very interesting community.  Thank you for your support and the shout out now sitting on the old home page.  By the way folks, the Wiki is still up.
The other move made was by the fantastic Mohican and his Langley Financial Planning Blog now Housing Analysis.  Why the move?  Looks like he wants to take the Langley out of the whole equation and aims to become a much bigger site.  One thing is for sure.  His site looks better than ever.  Good luck Mohican!  Feel welcome to drop by here at anytime .
