I want this time to not just be about planning and setting up but a time full of action! There are plenty of people who are still thinking about buying and selling homes and it is my aim that they will do so with me as their agent. So why am I telling you this and why should you care?

Because, quite simply, I am running the single greatest, possibly craziest promotion ever! You see that header on top of this page? The one that looks like this?

I will be giving away 50%, yes, FIFTY PERCENT, five-oh, half of my commissions earned for the next four and half months to some very helpful people. You could be one of those people. Here’s how (and it’s really simple):

Refer me clients.

There will be two prizes. The one who refers the greatest number of clients will get 25% of the commissions. The one who refers the highest cumulative dollar figure in sales value will also get 25% of the commissions. Yes, one person could get the whole thing.

There is also an “Early Bird” Prize. The one who refers the greatest number of clients to me by December 11th, 2010 will get $500.

How much could I be giving away? Hopefully it will be a whole lot. Obviously the more you refer, the better your chance of winning and the greater the prize value.
