There are 101 suites in this 23 floor tower built in 1994. By far the most desirable are those on the higher floors facing South and West. Those on the lower floors facing North look at, well, nothing. That’s not to say they won’t enjoy living in 907 beach. Amenities here include a pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and (rare for Vancouver) Squash Courts. That would be reason enough for me. I love squash.

As it is now over 10 years old the level of finish between suites is quite noticeable as can be seen in the pictures below. Some have been marvelously redone to high standards while others look like they’ve been tenanted and untouched since completion.

Locationwise you are on the edge of Downtown and the West End. The Seawall is just across the street from you connecting you (whether on foot or on wheels) to English Bay, Sunset Beach, and Stanley Park. You are also conveniently located to catch an aquabus over to Granville Island or walk down to Yaletown.

Now let’s talk price. The units in this building generally present above average value, especially when compared to places that may be considered in an even more convenient location (read four blocks more downtown or across the street). There have been some real relative bargains popping up so if you are looking to be between the city and the water without paying a premium then this is the place for you.
