Have you seen that new listing up there? If you haven’t you may already be too late. The unit is gorgeous, the building is great, and the price is more than right. After all, where else in Vancouver West are you going to find a quality 2 bed, 2 full bath, and two parking spaces in a quality 16 year old building in a terrific neighbourhood for under $400,000?

One thing I got to say, and this is pretty cool, is that in the marketing we went and produced a video. It’s maybe a bit rough but not bad for a first time effort. What is cool about it is that I’m hosting it with Viddler (not the first realtor in Vancouver to discover the coolness of Viddler and I thank those who came before me for impressing upon me how great it could be). Why Viddler and not some other service or self hosted? Several reasons:
1) Speed of downloading is amazing (my past self hosted efforts left much to be desired)
2) They do HD! This video isn’t huge but future ones will be full 720p (that means really, really clear and much better than your standard definition TV)
3) They have a really cool comment system where anyone can leave comments as the video plays.
Now, don’t be alarmed when you watch the video. I don’t make jazz music filled vids and there is no sound at all (most people watch these things at work or in places where they can’t have sound anyways or turn it off because the sound is, frankly, uninspired). But that will change in future vids. You’ll just have to wait till the next listing to see it. This one will (cliches are only cliches when you don’t belive them) not last.
