Found a great site I’d like to share with you all. History of Mortgage Rates in Canada by Canequity
It has a terrific graph of mortgage rates and really shows how you could have benefited from the (no longer) disparity between 1 year terms and 5 year terms. Rates may be up since the lowest point now but they are still really good.
