And right on time the July Stats are released and, again, none of this will be a shock to any of you regular readers.  Month over Month sales values have fallen.  And where will this lead?  Top story tonight (or tomorrow) on the news and front page of the paper, I’d wager.

Unlike last month, there is no bright spot to report.  In fact, this report is boldly to the point and will sadden some mistrustful bears who were expecting the REBGV to be cheerleaders in the face of a decline.  There is no whitewash here.
