Has Vancouver real estate peaked?
That’s going to be the #1 question on so many minds now that the November Vancouver Real Estate Stats have been released.
Prices, we can say, didn’t move much either way over the past three months. Some were up a bit, some were down a bit. Neither means much at all. Is this a plateau, a peak, or just a bit of a breather before further increases? No one knows for sure. What we do know is that the performance this past November was extraordinarily good with sales being very high and listings, while up quite a bit from October, still not meeting the demand. For a seasonal slow down we are still cruising around in rocketships.
