Being a realtor is a demanding job. One of the basic principles that I try to pass my clients is "REALITY". It means that I am trying to tell people that prices sometimes don't reflect the reality. Sellers want to sell as high as possible, buyers want to save every penny. But people often have to lower their expectations and get "REAL". The current trend of "Listings up and sales down" makes it particullary difficult for sellers to price right. But I hope that more of them will get "REAL". It would help a lot.
