As an Agent you need to clarify with clients that current conditions are not indicative of conditions 1-2 months from now. If they want to stiffly price or speculate that the market price will go up, they need to know the risks. Like the blog format BTW. This is a good point. As an Agent you need to clarify with clients that current conditions are not indicative of conditions 1-2 months from now. If they want to stiffly price or speculate that the market price will go up, they need to know the risks.
