The first victim of the building craze that went on all over the GV area is the old stock.  Got something 30+ years old?  The value of those places will drop dramatically, I&#039;d wager.  

Downtown Suites is already talking about the overbuilt luxury homes starting to impact the rents of themselves and the further trickle down affect that will have on lower quality rents.  We&#039;re all about to get an upgrade, I&#039;d say.  Same thing will happen with properties for sale.</description>
