Awesome Video to Sell a Home

posted in The Industy |

As many of you know I am all for exploring all possible options to sell a home and that includes video.  Frankly speaking most of the videos out there… OK… 99.9% of the videos out there I find to be complete rubbish.  Who gets excited about a house filmed in some “pan left, pan right, cue the Kenny G music and toss on some uninspired subtitles” style?

No this, this is more like it.  Mike Lefebvre of Century21 Commonwealth in Massachusettes has crafted an appealing, humourous, well executed, tongue-in-cheek advert that gets notice.  Well done, Mike.

Enjoy

Oh, and by the way, while I appreciate what Mike has done I will not be trying to emulate it.  There’s just not enough focus on the house for my taste.
