Detatched house in Port Moody sold for $400,000 today. That was down from the original ask price of $529,000. And it wasn’t a teardown.

Price was reduced on my listing at 402 933 Hornby to $494,310.

A downtown two bed condo sold for less than $500/sq.ft. and one two year old unit is now asking less than $400,000!
