UBC Sauder School real estate course registrations down from hundreds to 12. Yes, 12 people still want to get their license.

You can start the course at anytime and examinations are conducted, I believe, quarterly. This was a point brought up at our Monday Morning Meeting so I would imagine that it refers to the number of people currently registered as taking the course. That means they have paid their course fee, collected their books and calculator, and have not yet done the exam. Will all 12 do the exam? That is the question. But as one agent remarked to me, perhaps these are the smart ones who are getting in when others are getting out and will be very well set up when the market bounces back (if they last that long).
Ouch. 12? Over what period of time do these 12 registrants cover?
